There is only one national Organization willing to advocate for the rights of families that are struggling against the iron fist of tribal government and the Indian Child Welfare Act - or the Indian Government Welfare Act, it should say. It doesn't really have much to do with the welfare of the children. This sick legislation is an oppressive law intended to keep tribal leadership in money and power. In fact, it's just another law that slipped by the people, made to sound righteous but still just another example of bought and paid for Congressmen - willing to take what the tribes wanted to give them. To heck with the kids.
